As an independent, small-scale estate, we produce only limited quantities, allowing every decision in the vineyard and cellar to be driven by quality rather than volume. Every bottle comes from our own grapes, grown, harvested, and vinified with intention.

Our most limited and expressive wines. Epitoma is only produced in select vintages, in very small quantities, and represents a blend of our best barrels. Aged in French oak and crafted for ageing, these wines are precise, layered and built to evolve beautifully over time.
